Mixed media painting show by Shawn Demarest
This is a beautiful show that will make you fall in love with Portland all over again.Shawn Demarest: "Streetscapes appeal to me - especially inner SE Portland ones. These are views that I see every day - bicycling, walking or driving around. Some are views that I've admired for years (especially SE Division) These are views that I couldn't set up an easel and paint because they are looking down a street from a car or bicycles viewpoint. Also, some of these views are rain views. "
The opening reception is First Friday May 7th from 6-9 pm at Annie Meyers, Studio 2507, at 2507 SE Clinton St. The show will be on display till May 30th.
